After more than 10 years after the start of Tombit and with more than 30 years of expierence it became time to write a book.
The title of the book is: Zo simpel is IT - My Best Practice (ISBN 978-90-818709-0-0).
I am terribly sorry, but at this moment the book is only available in Dutch. The book is about the increasing complexity of the IT and that we need simple yet workable solutions. In this book I use 'SPORT in IT' as a structure to help organizations to improve their service. This book provides a simple workable solution for the IT and can be seen as 'My Best Practice'. This book is written for anyone who is working in the IT sector and where delivering a good service to the customer is high in the standard.

SPORT is a structure that is more than just a process description. SPORT stands for Services, Processes, Organization, Reports and Tools. This structure helps with determining what, how and by whom a service has to be provided.
